After two years of virtual celebrations, our in-person holiday celebration was overdue, and it was a great opportunity for our people to connect and bond. We even got to meet all the meet new team members that joined us remotely during the pandemic!
The theme of this year’s celebration was “Cosmic Alignment,” which reflects our teamwork, resilience and commitment to serving our clients and partners. After reaching impressive milestones, completing major projects, evolving with market trends and empowering our teams to serve our clients, the theme really captured the spirit of our all-star team!
Our stars truly aligned at the team gathering on the evening of November 25, with close to 500 guests in attendance, one incredible MC (one of our very own employees), live entertainment, a photo booth, dancing and lasting memories.
All set to celebrate a successful year in style
Each year at our company celebration, we’ve recognized an employee for going above and beyond in every aspect at work with the R.M. Chipman Award, honoring the legacy of our founder, Robert. M. Chipman.
This year, we redefined the R.M. Chipman Award to focus on community involvement and reflect the significance behind R.M. Chipman’s generous, charitable and giving nature by recognizing an employee with these top traits:
After receiving some incredible nominations, the selection committee chose the recipient of the newly defined award (which was a tough choice!) recognizing community involvement and betterment. Congratulations to Brenda Jones!
Brenda volunteers with the Bear Clan Patrol (Inc.), a non-profit organization working hard to provide outreach and keep the streets of Winnipeg safe. As part of the award, Bear Clan will receive a $2,500 company donation.
“I received many messages of appreciation from my Bear Clan family, impressed and touched by this incredible gift,” says Brenda. “The generosity of this donation will go very far in our community at a very critical time of year.”

Just recently, Brenda, and two members of our Leadership Team, Janice Boulet, Sr. AVP Contract Management, and Chris Noonan, Chief Operations Officer, presented Bear Clan Patrol with a company donation of $2,500.”
Thank you for the impact you make in the community, Brenda!
At the end of November, we gathered for our annual Sales Conference. Sales teams from across the country gathered to reflect on our past achievements and set goals for the year ahead. Our Conference consisted of speakers, panelists and breakout sessions, creating a collaborative environment that left our attendees feeling inspired and excited to equip our clients for growth.
But it can’t be all work — we played, too! Our sales teams had the opportunity to connect through various social hours, where they networked, mingled and had some good old-fashioned fun.
Team members gathered under one roof at the Sales Conference.
We also celebrated our top sales teams during an Awards dinner, which gave us all the fuzzy feels of support and kinship.

A round of applause to end the year on a high note!
In the end, it truly was a cosmic alignment, until next year!
