Service Disruption to Mail Delivery
What You Need to Know
Canada Post mail service resumed on December 17, 2024. However, we anticipate mail delivery will be slower than normal due to increased volume. As a result, mail deliveries to and from CWB may be delayed. This includes paper bank statements, new or replacement debit and credit cards, paper credit card statements and other notices. We are committed to keeping you informed as we learn more.
Requests for Upcoming Statements/Invoices
You can use the NLi Financing Portal to access your statements or contact Customer Service at [email protected] or 1-888-599-1966 to request emailed documentation.
Making Payments
We encourage cheque payments be switched to Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) for monthly payments. Reach out to [email protected] for a copy of the PAD forms along with instructions.
Alternatively, you can also drop-off your lease payment at CWB National Leasing.
Requests to Pay Invoices (E.g., from Vendors)
These requests should be emailed to [email protected] for processing.
Requests for Lease/Loan-Related Documents
Invoices, power of attorney, buyout quotes, expiry options and other documents can be accessed via the NLi Financing Portal or by contacting Customer Service at [email protected] or 1-888-599-1966.
Important Reminder
During the mail service disruption, you should continue to make any payments by the payment due date. We encourage you to avoid sending any payments or important documents by mail during this period, as we may not receive them in time.
